Right I had a meeting with 2 of the managers from ascotvale yesterday, because they don't want to loose me. What was said is that, "We will not lie to you, you could walk out of this centre today and walk into a DM job at another centre tomorrow with all your qualifacitons, just rember that we have a 5,000 member base the biggest in the district. If you change the way you talk to people in 6 - 12 months you might have the chance to be a DM then." My supervisor also said that if I feel that I want to work at other pools he would help me in any was possible, what he dosen't know is that I now work for oak park, the same place that his second job is.
