I know I haven't posted for a few days but I have been soooooooo busy!!!
I worked at aftercare last night again and found out that there is a job going there 5 night a week and I have thought about it and I am going to apply to go up from casual to "full time". I know most of the $$$ will go in tax buecause it will be a second job but I am just going to put all the money onto my bike payments and pay it off early. I also found out that the kidds like me there a lot (some of them were asking the "boss" when is that man comming back?)
I took my bike out on the ring road the other day for the first time and it went well!! I now have no problems rideing it any where.
I found out some bad news today, one of my high school friends got hit over the back of the head with a empty jim beem bottle and had his skull fractured, the "big tough men" then gave him a kicking when he was on the ground and broke his eye socket in two places. It made the front page of the local paper and it said in the artical that it was un provoked, and that it happend just accross the road form my work and when I was there.
I am sorry that this is such a long post but I have to get a few things off my chest.
I go for my big brother training on saturday and it is all just starting to hit me that I have made it through the screening process and that I might be matched by christmass. I am also a bit worried about the "first meet". It is not the fact that it is the kid might not like me, it is the fact that we meet for the first time at there house and that includes meeting the olds as well.
